CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

A student may resign or terminate his or her relationship with The Professional Bartending Academy at any time by submitting a resignation in writing to the Director. The written notification of cancellation shall include the following information: 1) the business address of The Professional Bartending Academy as shown above; 2) the date for which the cancellation or withdrawal is scheduled; and 3) the printed name and signature of the applicant/student submitting the notification. A student who provides written notice of cancellation within three (3) business days, excluding weekends and holidays of executing the enrollment agreement is entitled to a refund of all monies paid, except the $100 non-refundable registration fee. After such date, a student applicant (one who has applied for admission to school) may cancel, by written notice, his enrollment at any time any time prior to the first day of class for which the application was made. When cancellation is requested under these circumstances, the school will refund all tuition paid by the student, less maximum tuition fee of 15% of the stated costs of the course. Once the first day of class has begun, the refund schedule is as follows:

1. Before completion of the FIRST 1/4 of course: 75% REFUND.

2. Before completion of the SECOND 1/4 of course: 50% REFUND.

3. Before completion of the THIRD 1/4 of course: 25% REFUND.

4. After 3/4 completion of course: NO REFUND.

If the Academy cancels its scheduled program, the student shall receive a full refund or accommodations will be made with the student to move the student to another class. If the Academy elects to terminate a student for any reason, the student shall be eligible for a refund based on the Academy’s refund policy. Refunds will be remitted no later than 30 days after the date of the notification of cancellation.

If prior to starting the course the applicant is found to be ineligible for admission, the applicant shall receive a complete tuition refund. The Academy reserves the right to refuse admission to any applicant who does not meet the admission requirements.

BINDING CONTRACT – ACCEPTANCE OF ACADEMY POLICIES

I have read and agree to all statements on both sides of this agreement including the admission requirements and fully accept and understand that my enrollment agreement with the Academy is a legally enforceable agreement.
